Keepm 2.0 is Available for Use

Today is an exciting day because we just released the newly updated version 2.0 of our highly popular contact manager.

So what does version 2.0 have in store?

New Keepm Features

  • 256-Bit SSL Encryption - We are committed to keeping you and your personal information safe. Now, you may view your contacts under our 100% secure sockets layer server backed by Godaddy.com.
  • Revamped Export Tool - Our export tool is completely rebuilt with better functionality and quicker response. You can export all of your contacts to either .CSV or a Vcard on your computer.
  • Add Photos, Anniversaries, and Birthdays - You can enter more information about your contacts and even upload a picture as well.
  • Delete Notes - One complaint we received was the inability to delete notes. That feature has been added now.

Keepm 2.0 in Progress

We have more exciting news to share about Keepm!

Earlier this week, we hired programmers at SigmaVisual to make some changes, fix a few bugs, and turn Keepm into a faster, more robust web application.

Also, we have begun brainstorming new subproducts for Keepm as well. At first, Keepm 2.0 was going to chase a more web 2.0 social theme, but I don’t think people need another facebook clone in their lives.

Keepm users are generally business people, entrepreneurs, and/or more socially adept people in general. Thus, we will target those types of users and help you enhance your businesses, careers, and social lives.

What are Your Biggest Problems?

Before we create any specific paid products, we need more feedback from users like you on what types of problems you need solved. Our two initial ideas are catered towards entrepreneurs and marketers, which will provide each group with tools, information, a discussion group, and juice to grow your businesses.

Keepm Launches New Support Center

First off, I want to thank everyone who has contacted our staff through e-mail whether it be reporting a bug, suggesting a new feature, etc. We love to hear feedback from our users because it means we’re making a difference.

Because we receive a large amount of support e-mails every week, we launched a brand new Keepm Support Center powered by OSticket Software.

It’s nothing fancy of course, but now you can track the status of your support ticket, view our responses in an organized manner, and receive help much quicker.

Our old e-mail support system was highly inefficient; Our new system should work much better.

Need to Report a Bug, Ask a Question, or Give a suggestion?

Then visit our support center and open your first ticket!

Keepm Hits 5,000 User Milestone!
